"This property was beautiful! Spacious house with wonderful outdoor space on both levels. It was very close to the coastal town of Ostia and we loved our day at the beach. For trips into Rome, the transportation was a little more complicated and expensive. Overall, a terrific place for families - I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenties."

We enjoyed our stay at this excellent home. The concierge at the main entrance was always very helpful and the property was safe and secure. Thank you Marco for you great hospitality!"

"Such a great place to stay. Very relaxing and the perfect way to decompress after being in Rome. Marco has a beautiful property and Suni was an all star in assisting us while we were there. Grilled steaks on the grill, pizza in the pizza oven. Steam rooms, gorgeous pool, and excellent kitchen to make home cooked meals each night. Hope to be back."

"The overall experience was great. Pierpaolo was really helpful ahead of and during our stay and went out of his way to help us. The house was much bigger than it looked in the pictures and the kids loved the pool. It took only an hour to get in to central Rome from a nearby train station and lots of lovely restaurants available."

We enjoyed the garden terraces and the hot tub in the lovely spring weather. "+ nice balcony with a nice view - extremely loud host (dog, vacuming at 6am / 11pm) - worst location with no efficient public transport / almost impossible to go by car due to small roads - no real communication on the part of the host - almost no kitchen supplies - nothing in bathroom is working properly - very secluded —> no shops, restaurants, etc. nearby - no appropriate coffee machine as written in the description"

We chose to walk everywhere for restaurants and groceries but renting a car would be something we would do next time.
