"The view, atmosphere created by the staff and hotel’s gentle grandeur was lovely, but our room was suoer hot (no air conditioning and a wall of south facing windows that only opened slightly) and the layout of the room was odd (likely due to limitations when upgrading the historic hotel). But overall it was lovely. "

"The property was clean and very comfortable, super cozy - it genuinely felt like home. The scenery was to die for and it was in close proximity to all the fun and adventurous activities. The host family was extremely nice and very helpful. There’s a nice restaurant about 5 minutes from the property, including a grocery store; there is also a cafe about 2 minutes away driving or less than 10 minutes walking distance."
"Nice views and balcony. Very walkable. Hotel is a little outdated. We were told there was free parking at time of booking and then when we got there was told that changed and was now about $50/day usd. Staff was very friendly and they accommodated us with a baby crib! "
"We arrived late and the receptionist gave me an unfriendly look. The cabin we stayed at appeared new and clean, but it was so far, she lead us there by car. When I asked about the restroom, she pointed at the “outhouse” (literally a wooden shack with a hole). Otherwise we needed to drive back to the reception building for flushing toilets and hot showers. "
