"The biggest iek for me was rhey had construction going on and it really annoyed me.At one point they woke me up at 6am after i usd beeon a night out. I wasn't best pleased. Never had my room cleaned in the four days i was there. No air-conditioning in the room. It was hot. I was given a fan but it was not effective. "

"Overall a good place to stay for a few days. The check-in was a pain as the desk is not managed. I had to down load an app to check-in and also had to provide a large security deposit to check-in and receive my electronic key. Once this was complete an electronic key is issued through the app. However, the key did not work. I was lucky to see the cleaning lady who granted me access. "I appreciate this hotel every time I stay here. It has a quiet elegance that I enjoy. My room was in the Jagdschloss itself, and it was beautiful and comfortable. The bed was wonderful and I appreciated the selection of pillows. I especially loved the nearby forest and lake, and the walking trails. I plan to return to the Jagdschloss Kranichstein and I recommend it to others. "
