Great place for a stay on the Golfe d'Ajaccio. The boat shuttle from Porticcio over to Ajaccio (20 mins) (and to other sites) is fun François is very helpful, keeps in touch and meets you personally at the Super U in Porticcio. The house is tiny (must be a squash with 4 - we were just the two of us), no dining table inside and the TV weirdly positioned in relation to the sofa. However, nice little patio with table and olive trees and you can go round the corner to the lovely private swimming pool with palm trees. Thanks, François!

Très bon acceuil avec quelques produits régionaux offerts en guise de bienvenue. Appartement confortable et bien situé pour visiter les environs d’Ajaccio. Le propriétaire offre un service de location de véhicule et se propose même de venir chercher ces clients à l’aéroport ou ferry. Nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir utilisé ce service car nous avions déjà une voiture de location.

Magnifique séjour de début de saison en Corse à Porticcio. Notre hôte, M. Raffalli, est particulièrement à l'écoute de ses vacanciers et sait proposer des visites et activités adaptées aux envies de chacun. La villa est top avec son espace piscine, très bien entretenue et très agréable, avec le linge de toilette à disposition. Un conseil : réservez la voiture auprès de M. Raffalli avec la villa car c'est un vrai plus qui vous facilite la vie dès votre arrivée à l'aéroport (pas d'attente, pas de procédure compliquée). Vous pourrez alors profiter de votre séjour dès votre arrivée.

MR RAFFALY est une personne très gentille et bienveillante avec ses locataires. Il veille à ce que tout se passe bien, tous les endroits que nous avons visité étaient magnifiques grâce aux nombreux conseils de MR RAFFALY. La cascade des Anglais, les piscines d'Aitone, le lieux du canyoning, la plage d'argent (magnifique) etc... Merci encore pour votre générosité et votre sympathie. Mr Raffalli le propriétaire du gîte est super gentil et disponible ..un tout grand merci pour les bons filons au niveau Resto, balade, visite, etc ... Le gîte avec piscine est situé dans un endroit au calme à 5 min en voiture à proximité de tous les commerces ...merci et à bientot

Nous avons passer un très bon séjour mis a part que la piscine n'était pas fonctionnel ( robot nettoyeur en panne ) et frais de ménage en fin de Séjour dont nous avions aucune connaissance . Sinon proprietaire agréable a l'écoute et vous conseil parfaitement pour les visites a faire.

Le logement était conforme à nos attentes et au descriptif, adapté à nos besoins. Le propriétaire est un homme très sympathique, avenant et fait son maximum pour rendre notre séjour des plus agréable. si vous le souhaitez il vous indiquera les endroit à voir, nous l'avons écouté et nous ne le regrettons absolument pas. nous conseillons cette location à nos proches et nous y retournerons certainement. merci François.ps : demander lui de la charcuterie corse elle est tout bonnement excellente. Une vraie belle surprise tant sur le plan de notre installation que sur celui de l'accueil du propriétaire qui a fait en sorte que notre séjour sur l'Ile de beauté (son nom n'est absolument pas usurpé!!) soit le plus réussi possible. Situé à seulement 10 kms d'Ajaccio, cette villa dispose de tout le confort, avec terrasse et piscine en prime. Nous étions 4 adultes et avons passé un excellent séjour, en grande partie grâce aux conseils éclairés du propriétaire. A retenir absolument !!!

Nous avons pu profité de cette location tout confort durant deux semaines , avec un coin piscine privatif de toute beauté . Endroit très calme malgré la proximité de tout, la plage est à quelques minutes à pied . Pour ce qui est des visites et de la gastronomie le propriétaire est d'excellent conseil tout en restant très discret . Tout était parfait nous reviendrons sans aucun problème profiter de cette superbe région .

Nous avons séjourné en couple 2 semaines dans cette partie de villa avec piscine entièrement privative. L'ensemble de l'installation est d'une propreté sans reproche et les conseils du propriétaire très discret(véritable encyclopédie) vous seront d'une grande utilité surtout dans le cas d'un premier séjour en Corse. La villa se situe au calme à proximité de la petite station de Porticcio avec toutes les commodités, elle se trouve à 10 km de l'aéroport d'Ajaccio mais sans aucune nuisance. A conseiller sans aucun doute avec un très bon rapport qualité prix

Location conforme à l'annonce et même mieux que l'annonce. Un environnement bien coplanté et au calme, une piscine très agréable, un petit paradis. Un très bon accueil du propriétaire, qui sait donner de bon conseils pour les visites et les produits Corse tout en restant très discret. Notre seul regret est de n'être resté qu'une semaine. Nous avons passé un séjour des plus paisibles et des plus agréables dans cette ravissante maison. Le must c est l espace piscine, magnifiquement fleuri et entièrement privatif. Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines au mois d'août dans cette charmante villa.Cette location de qualité tant par sa propreté que par les prestations proposées a répondu à nos attentes.Très bien aménagé et fleuri, l'espace piscine mis à notre disposition appelle au farniente.Location très bien située, proche des plages et des commodités.On peut même s'y rendre à pied. L' accueil du propriétaire fut des plus chaleureux.Très discret, à l'écoute, il a toujours été de bons conseils pour nous faire découvrir la Corse et ses produits.Expérience à renouveler sans hésitation.
