2 minis plaques chauffantes pour minis poiles mini casserole . Que 2 bols et peu de vaisselle . Aucune notice pour l'electro menager . Salle de bain petite et sommaire . Petite terrasse suffisante, vue mer cachée par vegetation trop haute et non entretenue . coopropriété et parking à l'abandon . Musique de l'hotel voisin tres forte 5 jours sur 7 et maison mal insonorisée .

Bel appartement mais dans une résidence en travaux .

Notre appartement se trouve dans la résidence de l'hôtel le bella vista où 5 soirs par semaine il y a un dj qui fait des showcase au lilly's bar jusqu'à 2h du matin avec un niveau sonore inadmissible !impossible de s'endormir avant 2h .sinon les extérieurs sont en travaux car l'hôtel va construire 7 nouveaux logements en face de la terrasse,donc on avait pas le beau jardin mais un tas de terre et de cailloux et surtout un parking où tous les gens viennent se garer pour aller aux soirées de l'hôtel... Ça devait être très bien mais ça ne l'ai plus . Par contre l'emplacement est super à 300m de la plage et du petit centre ville ,il y a beaucoup de commerces et restaurants à pied.de nombreuses balades en bateau se font depuis le port de porticcio . Dommage .la propriétaire n'y est pour rien .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour . Un logement fonctionnel et climatisé. la plage à 5 mn à pied,on entend à peine la musique lors de certaines soirees 😉. propriétaire très sympa 😉

Excellent séjour

La Corse du Sud offre des paysages variés et magnifiques. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires et par les corses côtoyés au fil de notre séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé : proche des commerces, des plages, des restaurants et des départs pour des excursions en mer. Bref, pas besoin de voiture ! Des vacances idéales à deux...

Appartement très bien pour des vacances. Juste pas de pelouse comme vue sur les photos et terrain devant sale légèrement dechetterie de fin de travaux. Ensuite hôtel bar piscine à côté.. Musique jusqu'à 4h du mat... 😕😕

Résidence au calme et bien placée

Logement très agréable , propre et bien agencé. Il faut préciser que les transats de la piscine sont payants et personnels de piscine désagréable dans ce contexte. À clarifier avec les futurs locataires cet accès aux transats.

Tout est parfait, l’accueil de la propriétaire très sympathique, la vue de l’appartement le calme.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war soweit alles sauber und an Austattung vorhanden. Es wäre sehr schön wenn in der Wohnung bzw. der Anlage zukünftig noch WLAN installiert wird, aber wer ein Handy hat, kommt auch so zurecht. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Ort Porticcio ist sehr schön und es ist alles an Geschäften/Bars/Restaurants sowie ein schöner Strand vorhanden.
