This great apartment is located at the beginning of the avenue leading to Principina Mare , the beaches and the sea.
It is located within a complex of terraced apartments, which can only be accessed by residents and guests who also have a reserved private parking space.

The apartment has a small fenced garden that ensures privacy and leads to a covered terrace equipped with a table and chairs where you can have meals outdoors in total privacy.

The terrace leads to the living room with another dining table and to the fully equipped kitchenette with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and cooking hob.
Also on the ground floor you find a spacious bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

A staircase located at the end on the right side of the living room leads to a large basement room. Here you find another double bed and a single bed, a comfortable couch to watch TV and another bathroom with shower and the washing machine .

The apartment is connected to the sea, which is about 2.5 km away, through a comfortable cycle path that runs along the pine forest of Principina and which crosses the little village where you find various shops, bars and restaurants and all necessary services.

This apartment is ideal for a family or a group of friends looking for a serene outdoor and seaside vacation in Maremma and Principina.

But if you want to take advantage of Principina’s central position in the Maremma and Tuscany to do some sight seeing and excursions you only have the embarrassment of choice: the cultural cities of Florence, Pisa, Siena , the islands of Elba, Giglio and Giannutri, the seaside towns of Castiglione della Pescaia , Porto Santo Stefano, Punta Ala, the beautiful cities in Maremma of Pittigliano, Sovana, Manciano, the Saturnia, Petriolo and Rapolano Spas…. and much more.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und möchten uns für die schöne Zeit bedanken! Die Lage und die Atmosphäre waren wirklich toll. Wir würden auch gerne wiederkommen, jedoch nur, wenn im nächsten Jahr gegenüber in der ehemaligen Bar keine Bauarbeiten stattfinden. Allerdings möchte ich anmerken, dass die Gartenstühle etwas erneuert werden könnten, da sie nicht ganz so bequem sind. Auch die Matratzen könnten etwas komfortabler sein, um einen erholsamen Schlaf zu gewährleisten. Ich bin mir sicher, dass kleine Verbesserungen in diesen Bereichen das Erlebnis noch weiter steigern würden. Vielen Dank für alles!

Appartameno pulito e funzionale, ottima accoglienza e comunicazione efficace. La posizone è ottima, ideale per chi come noi viaggia con animali domesitici, c'è una pineta tutto intorno e la spiaggia è raggiungibile anche a piedi, dista infatti circa 2,5 km.

Ottimo soggiorno e supporto per check in e check out. La location è molto tranquilla e ben accessoriata. Il WiFi è un pò lento nelle ore serali ma in complesso ha un ottimo rapporto prezzo prestazione.
