"They had the BEST breakfast I've had in awhile from a hotel!! Waffles with chocolate chips or fruit & whip topping!! Eggs, bacon cooked to perfection & seasoned potatoes! Also, they had an awesome coffee machine that made like 10 different choices... my kids and I lived it! The room was very clean & the parking was $28 a night in a gated parking garage, which was the cheapest i found when hotel shopping. It's only 3 blocks from Burbon Street!"

"The upgrades are nice. It’s still a process to completion. The staff was awesome super friendly. 10 out 10. The only & main concern is the parking garage they use if you don’t valet. The walk is not bad but at night the area to pass is very sketchy especially coming from the casino or parking garage at night there’s a lot of transients in the area. I suggest don’t walk by yourself after dark females & males. By the way valet is $33 a day. Ridiculous!"

"The only good thing about this hotel is that it is walking distance to the casino and a symposium I attended. Unfortunately it need some major renovations. & upgrades. It’s the same exact way from 2012! At least remove the musty carpets or hideous drapes, poor lighting it just didn’t make any sense especially at $200 a night! For some odd reason they have an old broken dressers & cedar chest in the room, I would never put my clothes in there. The Nightstand & table dusty & dirty, I’m so glad I packed Lysol wipes. The saddest part if you want a mini fridge you have to RENT it, talk about tacky."
