During a spring thaw the ice started to break up on the Detroit river. The river has a strong current which caused this pile up as the pieces started to shift. I liked the sun on the ice, the texture of the ice and the reflections.

"As soon as you enter the property you're transported down south. The very first thing you see when you drive in the driveway is their beautiful orchard with delicious fruit. When we looked at the photos we almost wondered if this was a scam,it most definitely IS NOT! The owner gave us a tour after we settled in. "Overall it was very comfortable. A few small things need to be fixed, for example the toilet paper and towel holders in the bathroom were loose and coming out of the walls (they were installed without the required set screws). And when the bedroom door was closed the whole place shook (because it needs a little felt thing so it doesn't hit wood directly on metal). But suite was large and had everything. "
