However, the team never response the online communication, both through hotels.com or their online booking system. There are options to choose free baby pavkage but never honored. No reply on car parking request as well, you have to phone the team directly on the day. "

"Excellent location, and extremely quiet despite being in a busy, loud area. Nice big space, very comfortable beds. Only problem is that the AC only cools the main room, so the bedrooms can get too warm."

"Only two negatives : Needs black out blinds woke early as too bright. Beds arnt the comfiest , I sleep on a flat bed settee so the crease was in my bad and so uncomfortable and flat/hard & pillows were useless, not comfy On the plus : Clean , modern , bathroom nice and warm (radiator constantly on in there ) . Nice neutral decor . Well equipped kitchen , clean fluffy towels , hairdryer/iron/fan . Host was attentive ,very helpful told us to call if any problems , answered phone every time....
