"The bed was comfortable. The decor nice. Bathroom and kitchen supplies adequate. Kitchen table and sofa were a good size for two and comfortable. Nice and quiet. However, the shower and kitchen sink were on the primitive side and the whole place could have stood a good wipe down."

"We rented the boathouse for our family for my daughter’s graduation from Baylor. It was perfect because it’s close enough to Waco but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Our family enjoys fishing and camping, so this location was perfect!! There are so many things to do at the ranch, everyone was entertained all weekend. The staff was so helpful and friendly!"

"Upon Friday arrival, entered gate and the brick walk to the front door was covered in sand and dirt. To the left of the front door on the porch sat a styrofoam cooler, lid to the side and a bag of garbage in it. Inside the house seemed reasonably clean but by the time we visited each room we had killed two scorpions. Out back by the lakeside the nice grass that is portrayed in the listing appears to have not been mowed this year and had sticker burrs growing closer to the house. On the back...
