"Very modern, spacious and tidy rooms. Aesthetic hotel and great location. Near the centre with plenty of shopping and food options. Great customer service and support with lovely staff. Can have more toiletries like cotton buds."

"Love that it's right on the lake and only 5 minutes walk to the market square. Lovely park by the water. 9 minutes walk from the Bad Zwischenahn train station. Mattress is sunken and there's no air conditioning. It was cool when I was there and the sliding doors let in very cool breeze. Bathroom fan not working!"

"Having stayed at this hotel multiple times I can confirm they have excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms and are close to wonderful shops and restaurants. The staff is amazing and we will book again when we are back in the area. If you plan to visit during a heat wave, the hotel is not air conditioned, but they were able to provide a fan for my room."

"A lovely relaxing hotel in a beautiful garden and woods location. Easy walk to the lake and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent. The staff are very helpful too. Room very well equipped and spacious. We shall come again!!! What a find!"
