"The room was bright and airy due to the ceiling height with exposed beams, in a pretty street in a cool area. The rooms facilities, are lacking. As in it was poorly equipped.. No hangers any where, not for towels, coats or for clothes in the wardrobe. The shower cubicle has no way to stop the water from pooling out to the toilet space, and again nowhere to hang the sopping wet floor towel. No drinking water in the room, not two spoon but one, and one welcome pack not two, Not one double...

"The Good: 1) Great location !! 4 tram stops from Centraal Station ! Suite is right on the canal system ! Wonderful old home with lots of history, I'm sure. Great restaurants & supermarkets near by. Great bakery at the corner up the street. 2) Very attentive staff. Any issues, they were on top of it. You can contact them any hour of the day. 3) Quiet neighborhood at night. "A lot of space, but a lot of stairs."

"We really liked the location and easy access to the property. The new lock system that was great once it was active and working correctly. The internet was greatly appreciated, however the TV was older and did not provide a smart option. This made it difficult for our younger kids as all but one channel was in a language that we could not understand and not kid appropriate content. The beds, kitchen, and laundry were great. The separate WC and shower room was great for our family of 5 to share...

"We liked how easy and flexibile the (contactless) check-in was. We opted for early check-in and everything was ready at noon, whwn we arrived. The common area with tables and a kitchen was a great plus."
