This new vacation rental in the MeerNah Grömitz development combines plenty of space, a well-thought-out floor plan, and a central location in the Baltic Sea resort town. You’ll be staying on the first floor, with quick and easy access to the beach, the boardwalk, and many beautiful destinations in Grömitz. The apartment is equally suitable for couples, two couples, seniors, and families. It’s also ideal for families with three children or for vacations with children and grandparents.

**Living & Relaxing**
The open living area with an integrated living-dining-kitchen is the heart of the apartment. Here, you can spend time together cooking, eating, and relaxing. There’s also a TV available in the living area. The high-quality, new furnishings highlight the modern character of this new building. From here, you have direct access to the terrace, which offers additional outdoor space and pleasantly complements your vacation on the Baltic Sea.

**Sleeping Arrangements**
The vacation rental features two bedrooms with a total of five full-size beds. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a TV. The second bedroom features a double bed, a single bed measuring 90 x 200 cm, and a TV. This makes the apartment ideal for families, friends, or multigenerational vacations. For younger guests, a travel crib, a bed rail, and a high chair are also available.

The modern bathroom with a sauna offers you a pleasant retreat after a day at the beach. Here you can enjoy soothing warmth and moments of relaxation right in your vacation apartment. The sauna enhances the high level of comfort and makes the apartment a great choice for any season.

This vacation rental is especially family-friendly. Five full-size beds, a travel crib, safety gates, and a high chair provide everything you need for a relaxing stay with children. Thanks to its barrier-free design and ground-floor location, the apartment is also well-suited for seniors or for a family vacation with grandparents.

There is an elevator in the building, so you can easily reach your vacation rental. Each apartment comes with an underground parking space. Please note that the maximum clearance height is 2.10 meters. The parking space for this apartment is extra wide. The underground garage also features a lockable storage room with a charging station for bicycles. A modern ventilation system ensures a pleasant indoor climate. The forward-thinking building design is complemented by a solar power system.

**Bedding & Towels Optional**
Bedding and towels are not included. You can add them as an option during the booking process for your vacation or directly through the relevant service provider after booking.

**Location & Surroundings**
MeerNah Grömitz is centrally located in the heart of Grömitz. The Baltic Sea beach and the promenade are only about 400 meters away. The spa park is also very close by. Cafés, restaurants, shops, and bakeries are all within easy walking distance. The pier with its diving gondola, the marina, the Grömitz Wave, and Noah’s Ark Zoo offer plenty of opportunities for a varied vacation.

**Note on the Surroundings**
The MeerNah building is located right next to Seestraße, where additional new, stylish vacation apartments are currently under construction. Due to construction sites in the area, there may occasionally be visible or audible disturbances; however, given the apartment’s location in the center of the building, these are likely to be barely noticeable. Nevertheless, this circumstance has already been factored into the pricing and does not entitle guests to request a rent reduction.
