Wir waren zum ersten Mal in dieser Unterkunft und werden bestimmt Wiederholungstäter. Ein freundliches Team im Büro, welches sich sofort gekümmert hat. Wir hatten das Problem, das wir auf den Fahrstuhl angewiesen waren und das auch mitentscheidend war für unsere Buchung. Dieser war am Ankunftstag defekt und von der Meldung bis zur Behebung ging alles ganz flott, obwohl der Hausmeister schon Feierabend hatte. Danke an das Team

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung. Klein aber fein. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Top Ausstattung der Gläser, Geschirr und Küche. Schlafzimmerschrank lässt sich nicht vollständig öffnen. Aber genug Stauraum. Achtung, es gibt keine Nachttischlampe. Zum Glück hatten wir eine dabei. Im Wohnzimmer sind aber tolle Lichter vorhanden. Der Balkon ist super. Der Blick auch. Zwar kein Meerblick, aber man ist ja in ein paar Sekunden an der Promenade. Kissen für die Balkonmöbel fehlen Schöner Sessel und Meer chenhafte Bilder schmücken den Raum. Die Duschtür lässt sich auch nicht vollständig öffnen. Das Bad ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Stauraum. Diese Gardinen sind Geschmackssache.... Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer sind super Im Schrankbett jedoch nicht so. Die Kissen sind dick, wie Paradekissen . Wer Rückenprobleme hat, bringt am besten selbst mit.... Ansonsten hatten wir eine Meer chenhafte Zeit in Grömitz und würden auch jederzeit wieder in die Wohnung zurück kommen Wir Kommen gerne in die Villa am Meer es ist ein schönes Haus Strandnah .... Aufzug, Parkplatz am Haus. Alles perfekt Ein paar Tipps, die von Herzen kommen Für einen schönen Urlaub.... Der Eigentümer könnt einen neuen Staubsauger zur Verfügung stellen. Die Reinigungskräfte finden da nix . Bitte den Putzpersonal besser auf die Finger schauen. Die Wohnung war sauber, aber teilweise nur sehr sehr oberflächlich.... Ein Beispiel nur, der Teppich war leider voller Haare . Eine Entfernung des Teppich wäre ratsam. Der Fußboden ist doch toll. Was toll war, zwei Kaffeemaschinen. Die Kaffeekapsel Maschine ist eine Nespresso Maschine. Nicht Dolce Gusto, wie beschrieben Mit dem Vermietungsbüro Ahrens waren wir sehr sehr zufrieden
