Besonders hervorragend war, dass die ganze Wohnung mit Fliegengittern ausgerüstet war. Was nicht ganz so schön ist, ist der kleine Balkon, welches aus den Bildern und Beschreibung der Wohnung nicht hervorgeht, und man so quasi nur durch eine Glasscheibe fast Schulter an Schulter mit dem Nachbarn sitzt. Ansonsten top ausgestattete hochwertige Wohnung.

eine schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf die Ostsee, besonders vom Schlafzimmer aus. Da die Wohnung ausschließlich nach hinten ausgerichtet ist, ist es sehr schön ruhig und man kann problemlos mit offenem Fenster schlafen, es gibt genügend Mückennetze vor den Fenstern.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin zur Begrüßung, früher Eincheck möglich, tolle Wohnung mit großen Fenstern und Balkon, dadurch immer Meerblick , alles da was man braucht. Gemütliches Bett, sogar Bügelbrett und Eisen! Stellplatz für das Auto direkt vor der Tür, Fahrstuhl!!!! Wundervolle Zeit in Grömitz!

Ruhige und schöne Lage nahe dem Yachthafen. Der Weg zum Wasser dauert zu Fuß rund 5 Minuten (einfach bergab). Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster und vom Balkon aus bietet -mit kleineren Einschränkungen- eine gute Sicht auf die Ostsee. Backofen, Ceranfeld, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach sind in einem neuwertigem Zustand. Das Mobiliar ist tadellos. Die Wohnung ist schön geschnitten. Der Standard ist hoch (Bose- Soundanlage und im Bad ist ein Gira-System integriert). Das Sofa ist zum Bett umfunktioniert und würde Platz für 2 Erwachsene bieten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!!!

Sehr schöne, strandnahe Ferienwohnung mit Blick aufs Meer. Zum Hafen waren es keine 5 Minuten Fußweg. Traumhaft! Der Balkon (Platz für 2 Personen) liegt bis zum späten Nachmittag in der Sonne und lädt zum Frühstücken und entspannen ein. Trotz Hauptverkehrsstraße haben wir kaum etwas gehört und im Haus war es angenehm ruhig. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ausgestattet worden. Die Dusche im modernen Badezimmer ist groß und ebenerdig und bietet viel Platz. Die ausziebare Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich ist groß und breit und bietet selbst 2 Personen Platz zum Schlafen, falls notwendig. Küche mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet! Alles in allem, eine der besten Ferienwohnungen die wir in den letzten Jahren in Grömitz beziehen durften. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet und man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Ostsee. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut, in wenigen Minuten erreicht man die Strandpromenade und das Meer.
