Brand new, 2018 completed apartment near the beach and close to the city center. Very bright and friendly maritime maisonette apartment (over two floors) equipped with designer furniture.
Our beautiful apartment is located on the ground floor and basement and can be reached via a private entrance. The modern facility radiates a pleasant atmosphere and makes you want to go on vacation.
With its 60m², the apartment consists of two bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds and a large living and dining area. A fully equipped kitchen, large balcony with evening sun and everything your heart desires on vacation.
A stereo and a large LED TV are available in the apartment.

The bedrooms are furnished with two double beds (180cmx200cm and 160cmx200cm) and cupboards.
Fresh bed linen and towels will of course be provided to you upon arrival.
A private parking space is available directly at the house.
In the living room, the sofa and armchair offer comfortable seating. Likewise, the dining table, which offers enough space for four people in an inviting position directly in front of the large window front. The spacious, covered balcony appears very cozy thanks to its wooden floor.
Baby cot and high chair are also available upon timely request. (One-time fee of € 15 each for a high chair and a freshly made cot)

If you would like to bring a dog, please send us a brief information when booking. There is then a one-time additional fee of 35-70 € (depending on the size) for the final cleaning.
