"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. The room was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for us, especially traveling with kids. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and always helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the great service and felt very comfortable during our visit. "It was our fourth visit to Martin’s Relais. We didn’t require breakfast so couldn’t mark, not because there has been anything wrong with it, but because we like to try different places. We didn’t really use any facilities so again couldn’t comment. The room was comfortable and shower was very good. We had a minor issue with unemptied bins and unreplenished supplies on the first day (we had similar issues last stay) and someone else was at the desk with the same problem.Our main issue was that the noise from the road especially trucks & motorcycles from early in the morning which disturbed our sleep, we were in room 31. We mentioned this at checkout but the response was dismissive. We haven’t had problems in the past so next time we would request a quieter room such as a canal room."
