"Impossible to check in. Showed up before end of office hours (which is very different to the hours listed on Expedia), nobody in the office, nobody to check me in, stumbled across managed by chance after 40 minutes who shut his door in my face saying he wasn’t working , and found me again later on to let me in. No other backpackers staying here, mainly pensioners or drunk 14 year olds. Would not recommend. "

It was very centrally located to family in Launceston and Paper Beach enabling us to enjoy the comforts of a spacious and well appointed home while visiting family. "We have stayed here before and knew that the location, space and parking were good. This time we were made to feel very welcome by the person who checked us into the property and upgraded our accommodation. Parking is particularly important for us and we were not disappointed. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. We will always choose this property when staying in Launceston. "
