The homemade welcome and farewell gifts are a nice touch too. Breakfast is really good and included in room rate. Would stay again if in Grindelwald. "

"We got an Apt at back hotel with balcony, and have clear view of Mountains with Snow, the apt has cookware , table for family have dinner together with Mountain View, the staff at reception was very help to explain the local bus and tour info. It was good option for us , plus hotel offer free breakfast "

"We had an amazing stay at Hotel Brienz. I am so grateful for their excellent customer service. Our train left late due to an accident at the station, and then we missed our following train. We were going to miss the first night of our stay, but they were so sweet and moved it to the end instead. I am so thankful! Also very helpful in ideas of things to do on a rainy day.
