"Wow what a find,bungalow is great,but it’s the garden which makes this property so fantastic-so pretty and soooo big.everything you need is at the property.perfect place to drive to the near by seaside resorts with all the hustle and bustle then back to the peace and quiet of the countryside! Went with children 5 and 15 plus the dog,garden all fenced off for everyone to be safe and secure. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay and can’t wait to book again-thank you to Sarah the perfect host x"

"We had such a lovely 2 night stay here! The lodge was in pristine condition, with all necessities like tea, coffee, milk. The hot tub was ready for us to get in. There were plenty of useful extras like iron, travel cot, hairdryers, plenty of toilet rolls. There was an en-suite with shower and a family bathroom too. "Superbly appointed home in beautiful village location, steps from the village green, two pubs, and village shop. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen, comfortable beds, hot tub, and spacious reception room for relaxing with a glass of wine after a long day sightseeing. Hosts were gracious and helpful. "The property was excellent. Table football, trampoline in the garden and gym in the garage kept the younger members of our party well occupied. The added bonus of an on-site tennis court was much appreciated. The position of the was peaceful in spite of a busy main road nearby. "Beautiful property. The hosts literally have thought of everything you need for a perfect stay. Such a generous and very much appreciated welcome pack, especially as we arrived fairly late. Great communication from the host. Only a short drive from beautiful Lincoln. Although we stayed in the grounds of the host’s home it still felt incredibly private. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Very dog friendly. We would love to visit again. Thank you for everything Andy."

"Stayed here for my hen weekend and it was amazing! All the rooms were lovely decorated and so clean. The whole group of us really enjoyed it and loved finishing our nights off with a dip in the big hot tub. The weekend was so luxurious we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere. Everyone said they would definitely go back, whether it be another party weekend or chilled one with the family, would suit all needs. So well equipped and so clean. Loved it!"

"Imagaine been in a dessert then coming across a magical oasis! Imaculate property, top class spec but the hosts: warm, empathetic, kind not in your face or constant just there for you. My dog Cooper and I definitly rate this as our favourite holiday stay ( and we go to three a year) we are going back.
