"A simple hotel/inn not a lot of frills. Not a hotel you go to to stay in the room a lot but at the end of the day it’s safe, cute and clean. "

"I was at White Oaks to attend a wedding. I was in & out of my room throughout the day. I also 7sed my room for my 18 month old grand daughter could have a nap. We placed the do kot disturb sign on the door, until late afternoon. Approximately four o'clock i recieved a text about cleaning my room. I declined, thinking end of their day, and i really didn't need it. When i returned from supper, my room had been cleaned, garbage removed and fresh towels. Wow, i an quite impressed. "

"The facility was spotless and very welcoming. Access was aimple and well explained. It was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The location was great for neighbourhood walks and access ro downtown. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Fantastic large house with lots of space to spread out. The check in process was very easy and our host was very responsive. We were very happy with how clean the house was. We had short drive to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the lake. We didn’t realize the home was very close to the QEW, which made travel easy, but added some road noise. The view of the lake was spectacular, especially at sunrise. Our favorite parts of property were the pool and the sunroom. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. "

"Stayed here with my brother while visiting Niagara for a few weekdays, and this place is a gem for the price! If you aren’t someone who minds a little bit of a drive, 30min to the falls and 90min to toronto, this place is perfect for someone who wants more of a small town, homey feeling. No rowdiness or big city bustle, just a quaint stay in the sweet town of Grimsby, great place for an evening stroll.The room was very clean, utilities worked well, fully furnished kitchen, neighbors were respectful and quiet, easy to find with the host’s instructions, free parking, and in a stellar location right above an italian restaurant. Overall, it’s a great stay for a small price and exactly what I look for when I lodge.The only possible critiques I have is that I did have to contact the host first on occasion for relevant information such as check-in instructions, but it wasn’t a big deal because they responded very promptly! The bed is a little stiff, but nothing a mattress pad or pillow under the knee can’t fix. Really, there isn’t much to complain about. Fantastic option to consider in one’s travels.I recommend for breakfast Nurish Kitchen, a Turkish restaurant right around the corner. Very delicious!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The small apartment was clean and quiet. There is a lovely outdoor seating area that was private and quiet also. The hosts were lovely and offered suggestions of things to do. The property was easily accessed from the QEW which made our travelling around much easier. If I was ever back in the area - I would stay here again. "
