A large dining room overlooking the terrace, a modern open kitchen and fully equipped (hob, electric coffee maker and N espresso, American double fridge, Single fridge, Toaster, dishwasher, oven/ microwave a very large adjoining laundry (washing machine, dryer) Linen and Towels available. The Villa is air-conditioned in all rooms.


Outside a large heated pool, a pool house, a summer lounge for 10 people quiet overlooking the pool. A gym equipped outside that offers a view of the pool. A bowling alley, a mini football field for children, table tennis. A lush and wooded garden. A small paradise near the beaches and Saint-Tropez.
