This duplex apartment is located closed to the main place in Port Grimaud South.
The restaurants and groceries are less than 1 minute-away by walk.
One can reach the apartment through stairs covered with flowers.
The apartment is composed on the lower level of a living-room with a sofa-bed, a well-furnished kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with a freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster) and a shower-room with toilets.
On the upper level, there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds joined together and its own shower-room with toilets and a second bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined or separate and its own bathroom with toilets.

Joli appartement spacieux et fonctionnel

Le duplex, assez vaste et bien agencé, est aussi bien situé à Port-Grimaud, proche restaurants et commerces de proximité. Il est très propre et en bon état. Correctement équipé même si il manque un lave linge à mon avis (laverie à deux pas ceci dit). Mer Azur soigne son accueil et sa réactivité: le niveau de service est excellent. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Accueil et check-out toujours parfaits de la part de Yael de Mer Azur Immo. L’appartement est bien situé (restaurants et supérette proches), et non loin de la plage (10mn à pieds). Propre, très pratique et accueillant, il est extra.

Semaine très agréable à Port Grimaud

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable sur Port Grimaud, le logement très fonctionnel est très bien situé et offre une très belle vue sur la Marina. Possibilité de louer un bateau afin de se rendre sur St Tropez ou Ste Maxime. Yael est aux petits soins pour ses locataires et très arrangeante. Nous recommandons Nathalie et Jérôme
