"We stayed 2 weeks and it was wonderful! The house is very nice and spacious as is the garden. And the swmingpool is great of course, especially during the warm days. Location is great as well: close to beaches, lovely towns and restaurants."

"Beautiful and charming house in a great location, which offered us more than enough space for 3 families with a total of 17 people. The interior design and furnishings were functional, it was sufficiently clean, the pizza oven is a great extra. The pool was cleaned daily by the friendly caretaker, who even let our little ones go for a ride on the tractor with him. The other service was also good, almost all of our requests were dealt with promptly. We would go there again!"

"We - a family with 2 grown up sons - stayed in the house for almost a week. We mainly did sightseeing in Tuscany, a boat trip to Elba and spent a day at the nearby beach. The house is well equipped with 4 comfortable bedrooms, all air-conditioned (cave: they charge extra for additional electricity costs), a good sized kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The outdoor pool is spacious but is not heated. In early September it already was a little on the cooler side. The location is close to a private beach...

"We enjoyed a great stay at the Pineta. The plot of the owner is very well situated within the Pineta, quiet and only a few minutes away from the beautiful beach. The house, built in the "Bauhaus Stil", in the sixties, has its age, though light, airy and spacious. Fully equipped. A gem for aficionados of this style. "The villa and the views are stunning. Every room was beautifully decorated and had a full bathroom and temperature controls and the beds were very comfortable. "What can I say!!!! Best hotel, Amazing service from check in staff who are amazing and welcoming. They are super helpful and friendly. The manager was amazing, so helpful and accommodating . She helps , and pay attention to little details to make your time great and always with a smile . Restaurant staff were amazing and attentive. Management is superb , and waiters are very highly trained to make guests feel special. Egor was great in particular as he is fast , attentive, and super friendly. We have been coming here for the 4 th time now as it is great and upscaled. It is part of the i prefer hotels . Only my gps keeps taking me to a different location thinking we arrived, but the street is closed. Restaurants, breakfast, dinner, lunch all had great selections. They even arranged couple massages for us on the panoramic terrace. Over all it is 10 out of 10."
