"Hotel was excellent . Well maintained and very comfortable . Hotel staff at front desk was excellent . Lounge (bar) gentlemen not so nice . Rooms were very comfortable but wash rags were not replaced the next day and shower head sprayed everywhere as did lotion container . Location was great ."

"Nice hotel. Far from the center of town, but they have a shuttle or you can pay e15.50 taxi to get to the center. Shower had had some issues. Great breakfast and great reception desk staff."

"I don’t write many reviews but I feel I have to for our magnificent stay at Smart Hotel. Rooms are extremely clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, location is great.. there was not one wrinkle in our stay. They even held our luggage for free for a week while we travelled to Ischia and back. Can’t wait to stay again"

"Naples as a city overall is chaotic, but the hotel was beautiful. The room was good sized with great bathroom. Breakfast was good, although my kids did not like the taste of bacon. It had the balcony and view of the port and view of the city."

"Everything was great from the start, with Giuseppe at the front desk, making our stay special. O ly thing disappointing (with all hotels, not just here) is the continuing charge for a bottle of waterthaycost pennies. Other all great, including a fantastic breakfast."

"This is a very charming building. The ac worked great. Spacious room. Bed was very firm. Was happy with the bathroom, although some hooks would be nice. Location is excellent can easily walk to restaurants, bars or sites. Breakfast was very nice & a good selection to start your day."
