Our family of 15 spent two unforgettable weeks there, and evenings quickly became a ritual: sipping their Santo Stefano wines as the sun melted into the horizon.There was endless space for our six children (under the age of 9) to run, play and explore, indoors and out. And there are plenty of areas to sit or lounge around the pools while enjoying the views. The house itself invited us to slow down and savor every moment. Several nights, we prepared traditional Bistecca alla Fiorentina over an open fire—an experience we won’t forget—and gathered for long, memorable meals at tables set throughout the property.And then there’s Elena and her family—truly exceptional hosts. Warm, attentive and never intrusive, they were always there when needed (which was rare), ensuring everything went seamlessly.We left with full hearts, lasting memories, and one shared hope: to return as soon as possible. This was truly a trip of a lifetime to a very special place on earth. P.S. "Beautiful property in the beautiful Tuscan region, food was great as was the staff but I do think it important to note that there is no 24hr airport shuttle transportation as listed in the property details. Rather it is a private service that can be arranged through reception based on driver availability and for a pretty steep cost (approximately $200 is US dollars). Be sure to consider this when booking or rent a car!"
