"The property manager was very professional. He was very accommodating although calling to verify my reservation existed, it gets directed to a call center and they do not know what they are talking about. That could be fixed but other than that safe and walkable. "

"This is a Fantastic property! Have stayed here many times. Convenient walking to many of the best restaurants in the French Quarter, including Antoine's & Arnaud's and many others. It is situated right on Royal St., where all the art & antique galleries are located. Property is impeccable think white marble & brass. Rooms are nicely decorated & luxurious. Hotel is very quiet. Property entrance is directly across street from La. Supreme Court Bldg., so security on the street is excellent, & has in property off street parking. The staff here is amazing, everyone you come into contact with is friendly, helpful, happy & accommodating. But the best thing about this hotel is the rooftop, bar, pool & observation deck - where you have a wonderful view of the River, French Quarter & City. It doesn't get any better than this property in the French Quarter."

"The place was great location to French Quarter was within a 5 min walk. The decor was super cool. The fridge was stocked but did not have any room for you to leave any left over food in it. The only window was a view of nothing but a deep tunnel of a box from top to bottom. We did have an adjoins room attached and the walls were super thin. We could hear the whole conversation next door. So if you’re wanting something quiet you may want to ask for a room with this feature of empty. Over all hotel was great again, worth booking in my future. "
