## Space
In terms of layout, the house, decorated with taste and originality, is organized on several levels:
- On the ground floor:
You will enter a huge open room very bright comprising:
• a kitchen area with all the useful and essential equipment (oven, fridge-freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, Delonghi bean-to-cup coffee machine, toaster, kettle, multifunction food processor, crockery and utensils...) A high table allows you to eat in small groups
• a dining area with its large table for 8
• a lounge area with sofa, armchairs and coffee table (the stove is not usable in summer)
- You will access the 1st floor by a staircase and discover a masterful room with a superb cathedral ceiling with exposed beams. A skylight runs through the floor and is secured by an approved net.
Here, seated on one of the many small comfortable lounges with sofas, poufs and hanging seats, you can enjoy:
• of the library corner
• TV corner
• of the office area
• the games room area with table football
You will have on this floor 2 bedrooms each with a double bed (140x190cm) and a bathroom equipped with a large walk-in shower, a sink unit and a toilet
- You will access a 2nd floor by a small staircase and will have:
• 1 bedroom with king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm)
• 1 master suite with queen-size bed (160 x 200cm), dressing room and bathroom with bathtub and vanity unit
Outside, you will be seduced by the many relaxation and leisure areas provided:
• Swimming pool secured by a bar cover
• Table tennis table
• Petanque court
• Outdoor dining area
• Garden furniture
• Hammocks
• Enclosed garden
Please note that, for your comfort:
- The house has WIFI
- 3 of the bedrooms are equipped with mobile air conditioning and the last one with a fan.
- The house has 3 toilets, 1 of which is on each floor
- You will have access to the laundry room with washing machine and clotheslines
- Linen is provided (beds will be made and towels will be at your disposal)
- Baby equipment can be made available free of charge on request
- Check-in and check-out times can be flexible (on request) except in case of cross-arrival and departure.
Before your arrival in the accommodation, you will receive a welcome booklet by email containing various practical and tourist information!
The house, located on the heights of Grésy-sur-Aix, is located in:
-15 minutes from the city center of Aix les Bains, Riviera of the Alps, city dedicated to well-being and tourism with its cultural and historical sites, its thermal baths, its spas, its restaurants, its casinos and its 18-hole golf course
-15 minutes from the magnificent Lake of Bourget so dear to the poet Lamartine, the largest natural lake in France, support for a wide variety of water activities (sailing, kitesurfing, water skiing, rowing, paddle, kayaking, cruising...).
- 30 minutes from the city of Chambéry, the historic capital of Savoy, rich in a ducal past and a wide architectural heritage
- 30 minutes from Annecy, the "Venice of the Alps" with its charming old town and natural lake
- 30 minutes by car from the Bauges Massif Regional Nature Park where cycling, hiking, paragliding, with the resorts of Savoie Grand Revard (with La Féclaz) and Aillons-Margériaz
By car, via the Alpine motorway network:
- 1 hour 20 minutes from Lyon
- 1 hour from Grenoble or Geneva
- 30 minutes from Annecy
By train:
- Aix-les-Bains station is served by the TGV which leads to Paris in 3 hours
By plane:
- 20 minutes from the small airport of Chambéry and 1 hour from the airports of Lyon or Geneva.
