Wonderful view of the Matterhorn from our room - which felt so luxurious with such lovely bedding and every amenity you need - so refreshing for a hotel to have a really decent hairdryer!! Breakfast was lovely every day - wonderful having warm fresh baked rolls! The use of the spa at the Alpen (5 mins max walk) was wonderful too. Was truly wonderful from the moment we arrived - all staff cannot do enough for you. Would definitely book again."
