"In der Nacht war mir der Zutritt zu meinem Zimmer aufgrund eines offensichtlichen Systemfehlers nicht mehr möglich. Gegen 02:00 Uhr musste ich deshalb auf dem Hotelflur warten. Trotz mehrfacher telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme wurde ich lediglich vertröstet mit der Aussage, man werde sich zeitnah bei mir melden. Eine Rückmeldung erfolgte jedoch zu keinem Zeitpunkt. Mangels jeglicher Unterstützung war ich schließlich gezwungen, die Nacht wo anders zu verbringen. Der erlebte Service war inakzeptabel...

"Wow! A whole, big apartment with all amenities, for less than the cost of hotels. Great interiors, high quality modernized. The bed was perfect, immaculate, with a just right, high quality foam mattress and wonderful fluffy blankets. Cooking was all modern, with all kitchenwares provided. Private key provided through website. Caution though- no front desk or attendant on-site. We were only notified of this hours before arriving."
