"Hands down the best hostel in Berlin - all your needs close. Berghain, tresor, CDV and more all at walking distance. Staff when above and beyond, by accident I left some personal items on my room locker and, Carla was kind enough to send the items over my US address. Will come back next year. "The hotel was perfectly located- a 2 minute walh from the main Berlin railway station. Superior room was spacious, clean and had everything you could want. Complimentary tea and coffee. Very quiet. Lovely shower. A free bottle of still water provided on check in day but not replaced! Would have been nice to be provided with a bottle of water everyday even if just a plastic bottle. "
