"Very bad communication between the hotel administration and the cleaningstaff. We arrived at the apt. around 3:00 pm and the apt. was not cleaned yet. We saw a man doing the cleaning in an other apt. He said that nobody told him we were coming that day. But the night before I talked to someone because I had not received the code to enter the apt. and I told her we were gone be there around 3:00 pm... Fortunately the nice man stop the job he was going and start cleaning our apt. Very nice ."

"Excellent quality apartment-hotel. Easy check-in procedure. The only issues were with the air-conditioning: living-room AC did not work at all and flashed error lights. The portable ACs in the bedrooms are quite noisy and needed to be drained of water before they could be used."
