However, two main issues impacted my experience: Cleaning Fees: Charging extra for room cleaning over a two-week stay was unexpected. I suggest bundling cleaning costs into the room rate so guests know the total price upfront. Maintenance: There is a persistent bad odor coming from the soakaway that urgently needs to be addressed."
