"We had a nice time staying here. The place is just as described. It is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We had things to do in Purchase and in NYC and the location was perfect for us. I got to meet the owner and he even contacted me when I parked incorrectly so I could avoid a parking ticket. There is a grocery store, Costco, pharmacy, restaurants, and many other businesses very close to. If I have to go back next year, I will be looking to see if this rental is available again."

"We were very pleased with our stay. The property is on a quiet cul-de-sac that is easy to access from Route 1 and 95. It is centrally located but does not feel busy; Greenwich Ave is easily walkable, along with the waterfront and Bruce Park playground. A few small restaurants within a stone's throw as well.
