"Our family had a wonderful long weekend at the Bluestone manor in Feb. The house has a great lay out with plenty of tables for games and dining. Our group loved the theater room with the movie chairs and the big screen TV's in other rooms. The view is AMAZING... just beautiful. Mark responded to any texts sent to him which we definitely appreciated. I would definitely recommend this property. Winterplace ski resort was a great place for our grandchildren to learn how to ski and is 40 min going through the mountains to get there. "

"Host was very welcoming and attentive to respond. Also was very flexible in rearranging the dates needed due to bad weather. Views were second to none! Absolutely incredible!!! We literally saw otters, a bald eagle, turkeys, ducks, blue jay, - was so amazing to see all this from the back windows that overlook the New River Gorge. Amazing!! The ONLY two things we did not enjoy were 1. The fact that there were like 5 trains that passed by late at night / early morning hours (12-5a) and this house sits literally 50 ft from the tracks - so it literally shook the windows downstairs. But this said me and my son were the only ones to wake up - wife and daughter never knew any trains passed - and they were all gone within seconds so it really wasnt that bad. Honestly, I am still glad I went - place was set up very very nice and is absolutely stunning for the scenery around. Host was super and overall condition was very very good. We stayed to ski at winterplace which was just a short drive away. Would stay again. "
