"An amazing place to stay. This is a wonderful historic home on a quiet street. The house is well maintained and comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked with water, juice, coffee, milk and cereal. They put a quiche in the fridge for us. We enjoyed our stay."

"This cabin stay was a true slice of heaven! Driving the curving roads through the forest and as soon as we entered through the red gate we knew we had booked the perfect getaway. The property is huge with trails embedded throughout - it was enjoyable to wake up and take an adventure with our dog every morning. "Once booked, I had nothing but great communication with Karen the owner. She left a lovely note about the history of the home and how it has been in her family since it was built. It was built in 1902 and is an older home, but it gives a great feeling of what it is to live in the hills of West Virginia. Her Mom welcomed us and visited to make sure we had everything we needed. "This is a wonderful lil piece of heaven under the stars tucked up a lil Hollar road. Decor was new and very nice. Everyone was friendly and very nice to help anyway. Beautiful cabins, pond an inviting pool and enjoy a homemade pizza after a game of putt- putt. I/We “Highly Recommend “ The suite’s are decorated oldie but with new stuff. Wonderful 2-person jacuzzi Bath tub w/stand up shower. Grab your kids and come enjoy a night under the stars, do some fishing or enjoy a hike. Good for both Family’s and Couples. We have already scheduled to bring grands and com back this Summer. You won’t be disappointed 😊"
