"The location was great for downtown Greenville. You can walk to all the restaurants, shopping, and the falls. Perfect for attending festivals (Jazz Fest was this weekend). The staff was very courteous. The bed, bedding, and pillows were comfortable. The tub appeared clean, but grime stained. The carpets in the hallways had seen better days. I felt it was a little pricey for needing upgrades. No breakfast included, and hotel parking was expensive (though we used another garage a couple of blocks...

"The manager at check-in was not unfriendly, but neither was he friendly or welcoming. Must have been having a bad day. The room was a perfect size for a one person one or two night stay. Plenty of amenities like iron, ironing board, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer. I liked that the shower was a wank-in, not a tub. "Did not review before booking. Staff was nice and helpful. Bed was fairly soft. Towels were small but soft. Room smelled like old cigarette smoke. There was a cigarette hole burn on the comforter. Pool was green. Bed frame was about 5 inches longer than the mattress. You had to be careful so you wouldn’t trip over it. Breakfast was sad."
