"While we kind of get what we paid for, the towels and linen were stained and had hair all over them. The refrigerator was stained and had leftover residue from another guest and food on the floor. Staff was kind and efficient, but overall cleanliness would prevent us from staying here again. Additionally, the walls are so thin it felt like other guests were there with us!"

"Very nice property with pretty rooms. Dining area with big floor to ceiling windows also quite pleasant. Staff was friendly. Nice place to stay in Staunton! Right next door to Blackfriars Theater, an easy few paces to see a great show and around the corner from old town Staunton, with a lot of great restaurants and shops."
