The place was not ready to be rented and the excuse was ‘we didn’t get a notification’ I rented this place because it said it allowed for events. The entire event was ruined. Vrbo could not re-find a place last minute. I reached out to be compensated for the thwarted plan -a legally defendable compensation- and it spun...

"Tree city retreat was exactly what we were looking for. The kids loved the pool and the Floaties they left us. Game room was filled with fun activities for the kids and they loved the fishing and outdoor tv. Was nice to have the grill to bbq on and they even left us snacks and s’mores supplies. Would definitely recommend to anyone !"
