"Staff was friendly…she was having problems with her computer system so checking in took a little while. There was no luggage rack carrier and my back and ankle was in so much pain when I arrived. They had me upstairs but they were willing to move me down stairs. "We had an okay stay. Staff were very nice and helpful. However, the place was run down and looking worse for wear. Didn’t love that it was an outdoor hotel- it was giving motel vibes but with a hotel price tag. The room was clean but definitely run down, toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and the tub/shower was looking rough. Stopped by the pool and the water was extremely hot.
