The home is beautiful, clean and as pictured. Plenty of space for the family to gather. The neighborhood was lovely to walk around, and it’s close to town.
We have nothing but good things to say about this property. We weren’t there for pleasure and having such nice accommodations made the whole trip better. One of the cleanest properties we have stayed in.
Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home! We were a hop, skip, and a jump away from everything we wanted and needed and there was plenty of room for us to spread out!
We are a family of 5 with 2 teens and 1 college-age child who adored the various spaces in this immaculate home. It has such charm and is very welcoming from the start. It is tastefully decorated and the neighborhood is quiet but offers sidewalks to gain exercise and sight-seeing. The home has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, a hot tub, and a beautiful side porch with plenty of shade trees and flowers. The property manager was responsive and worked easily with us. We can’t wait to return!
This historic home is very well maintained with an amazing kitchen stocked with many extras! I really enjoyed the historical information about the home and the old photos. And the added touch of the Aga oven…!!! Charming. The entire neighborhood is beautiful and family friendly.
Comfortable, nice historic home in Fisher Park. Plenty of room for our family gathering. Great restaurants and activities were all close by. Thank you for a lovely stay!
We had a beautiful time in Greensboro. This home was perfect, with anything we needed and comfortable beds. Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay.
Great feel and energy in this historic home. The kitchen and porch bring the pinnacle southern ambiance. Absolutely dog friendly with ease of check in and check out.
Four friends.. 72 year old college girlfriends, traveled to Greensboro to celebrate a professors 90th birthday. This house was the perfect environment for friends to catch up and chill out. Very welcoming and spacious. You cannot beat the location.. safe and convenient. Maddie, the host was very responsive. We will return
The Cinderella house was the absolute perfect touch for our weekend stay in Greensboro. The house was spacious and well appointed for our needs. We planned on using the outdoor fireplace but got too comfortable on the outdoor patio to move. We will definitely try to re-book for our next trip!!
We were passing through Greensboro on our way to Tennessee and we wanted a cozy place that could fit all our families. This house had a cozy feel in a historic neighborhood. We enjoyed the spa and the feeling of staying in a classic piece of architecture. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
Our family was in Greensboro to celebrate the college graduation of our oldest daughter from NC A&T State University. We enjoyed this lovely home during our short visit.
Our group of adult women enjoyed the stay in the home and the host was very responsive to messages we sent. It's an older home and so has some quirks around ventilation (different temps in different bedrooms) but manageable. We would come and stay again!
Beautiful historic home. Very well maintained. House was very clean. Kitchen had all the amenities. Host was very prompt and courteous with responses to questions. And you can’t beat the charm of this home. Wish we could’ve stayed longer than we did! Would definitely stay here again.
We had the most amazing Christmas at the Cinderella House in Greensboro! This beautifully restored old house was full of charm and character, making it the perfect setting for a cozy holiday with my sisters, daughter, and our pets. We had all the comforts we needed for a memorable family getaway. The location was fantastic—quiet and peaceful but still close to everything we wanted to do in Greensboro. The only small issue was the electronic lock, but Maddie instantly took care of it. The home was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome. The beds were comfy, with quality linens and extra blankets but having a few more towels available would be nice. The spacious layout gave everyone room to relax, and the vintage details added so much warmth and personality. A highlight was definitely the hot tub—an absolute treat on chilly evenings! Our family really loved the house and hope to return! 5 Stars!
This was our second enchanting stay at the Cinderella House, and it certainly won't be our last! We are swim coaches who visit once a year for a big swim meet at the GAC. Last year, the homeowner was just beginning their journey in the VRBO business, and while our experience was excellent then, this year surpassed all expectations. They've made remarkable improvements to the house, each one more delightful than the last. With ample indoor and outdoor space, everyone in our group was able to unwind and recharge when we weren't at the pool. This year, we particularly enjoyed using the outdoor fireplace, which provided a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The neighborhood is a picturesque historic area of Greensboro, brimming with stunning architecture and charm. No matter the hour, it remains a serene oasis, allowing us to escape the hustle and bustle. The owners are absolutely wonderful—genuinely attentive and responsive, ensuring that our comfort was a top priority. It’s truly a comfort to know they are readily available to address any concerns that may arise. Moreover, the location offers effortless access to shopping and the vibrant downtown area, making it the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. We can't wait for our next visit!
This 100+ year old fully restored house is in an old Greensboro neighborhood with streets lined with oak trees. Our 7 person tennis team from Raleigh stayed here for two nights while attending a state tennis tournament. The property management company rep (Maddie) was accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house was gorgeous - fully restored and modernized with a hot tub and a spacious kitchen but also with nice rustic touches such as the 1940s style metal office shelving / cabinet that are in the master bedroom. Our team also enjoyed spending time on the beautiful covered patio that looks into the front yard. We were particularly appreciative of the management company’s willingness to accommodate our requests for early check in and late check out, each of which greatly facilitated our team’s match schedule.
if you are looking for a spacious, cozy, historical, and beautifully decorated home to stay in while in Greensboro or surrounding area, we are happy to strongly recommend the Cinderella House. You will not regret staying here!
Thank you, Maddie and Cinderella House owners for a fantastic stay!
As coaches attending a swim meet, we decided to try a new experience by staying at a charming house instead of a typical hotel. Our choice proved to be the perfect alternative as we found comfort, convenience, and a sense of home at the Cinderella House. The house provided ample space for our group of four, and we were impressed by the attention to detail and thoughtful amenities provided. The beautiful outdoor spaces offered a serene and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. The area was quiet at night and conveniently located near shopping centers, restaurants, and grocery stores.
The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had a big farm table, perfect for large groups. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the coffee/wine bar was a pleasant surprise. The wine fridge was a great addition, providing extra space to store beer or wine. The ice machine was also a favorite feature in the kitchen.
The house had two outdoor spaces, both of which were impressive. The side porch had a table and a sitting area with a couch, making it an ideal spot for meals, morning coffee, or evening gatherings. Additionally, the back of the house had a beautiful outdoor fireplace with a table and chairs, perfect for spending time with friends and family in the evening.
We absolutely loved our stay at the Cinderella House and plan to stay here every year during our National Meet.
Such a lovely home with all the modern conveniences. A beautiful neighborhood that is surprisingly quiet even though it’s convenient to everything downtown.
Beautiful home. Centrally located. Attentive host. Easy check out. House has everything you could need. If it doesn't, anything you need from Amazon ships to the house same day.. odd review addition, i know, but it was a great perk.
