Room was clean and had the amenities in the bathroom that is needed. Towels were in good shape. Staff was polite and helpful when asked a question. Breakfast was fine and the staff person who handled the breakfast was excellent. Food was served hot and had good choices. Parking was ok because we were there when the hotel was not full. If it was full it would have been a problem being able to park in the front.

My room was nice, spacious, and clean, the TV allowed me to get on my Disney account, and the fitness center was really nice. It included a peloton bike and headphones to use with it. The breakfast wasn’t the best but it was complimentary and I was able to get what I needed. I will definitely stay here again when I visit the area.

The staff was great! The room, however, was pretty dirty. I saw a 2 roaches crawling around and there were holes in the wall. Luckily, the hotel was more of a home base for me to get ready at, so I didn't end up actually sleeping there. I did check for bed bugs and did not see any signs of them. The bugs makes me question the open breakfast's quality and cleanliness; I did not participate in the breakfast.
