Great location for everything we had on our to do list which was look at the fall foliage, seek out covered bridges and just feel what Vermont is like in the fall. "This property is pretty run down and poorly stocked for a condo, espcially at this price. It's dirty, in some cases disgustingly so (stained furniture, stuff on the walls, etc.) The bedding is pretty much the lowest quality you can imagine, and a lot of the fixtures don't work. Don't expect anything that a typical condo may come with, like say shampoo. It's definitely had water damage and a host of other problems that have never really been fixed. "This house was really great - spotlessly clean, a great quiet area, and the hot tub and large property can't be beat! Plenty of materials for cooking either on the grill or in the house. Bed was super-comfortable as was the couch. The town of Morrisville is about 2.5 miles away and has an amazing donut shop (get there at opening time, they sell out!) and a lovely crushed-stone bike path right in the center. The unit itself was perfect for the three of us travelling, the common area was open and cozy, and the views (even without totality) were stunning!
