"I always appreciate my stay at spring river. I only wish there was a coat hook by the door but apart from that it has exactly what I need in a hotel for when I am working locally. So convenient for Bluewater shopping too. Great friendly staff!"

"Staff here are always very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Ample on-site parking. Good Wi-Fi. Restaurant and bar on site is nice with reasonable prices. Lakeside Shopping Centre is only a short drive/bus ride away. Chafford Hundred Train Station is also close by with frequent trains to London and Southend."

"Lovely stay - check in wasn’t great and lacked detail and first day of breakfast wasn’t good missing granola options and anyone to request eggs but Hilton messaged to ask how my stay was going and breakfast was rectified for the following days. They even sorted out my Hilton membership reward that had been missed at check in. That extra touch made a huge difference and alongside a great room, lovely service at the bar in the evening and gym and pool facilities I was really happy."
