"I thought the property did a well job. The property doesn't have a front desk. When you need anything I would send an email, and was able to get what ever I needed. My one issue would be the pillows. If you like soft pillows then you will be fine. "

"The apartment is well-located, just a 5 minute walk to the Edgware Road tube station. You can go to most of the main attractions from there on the Circle Line. The apartment is on a quiet street. The beds are comfortable and having two bathrooms made things easy for my family. There are also a few grocery stores nearby. We were able to have breakfast in the apt. before heading out for the day. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. "

"The location is convenient and I loved how straightforward it was to get in. Just using door codes etc. But that was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. And the whole place felt very dirty and uncared for. I think they greatly improve the property by make some small improvements to the furniture, bed & overall vibe."

"Paid for 11 nights, no confirmation email, no answer to emails, no answer to any phone calls, replied to a text saying they didn’t have knowledge of the booking, is spent hours alongside hotels.com to get my money back and or actually use the property that I paid for to no avail. Wouldn’t offer a refund or access. Lost £1500 to these people. Shocking… please read this and other reviews and do not use. "
