"For the price I paid for a one night stay couldn’t be beat compared to where I usually book when I come to Bedford. However, the bed was horribly uncomfortable, the hallways were so dim and creepy I felt like I was in the shining, and I could completely hear the guests conversation in the room next door to me through my bathroom vent. I think next time I might just spend the extra money."

"For the most part everything was nice. Plenty of things to do around me and I was able to just keep to myself. Only real issue I came across was one of the morning associates was very rude to me when I went downstairs for breakfast. I guess there was a need to wear shoes policy to be in the lobby which I genuinely had no idea. But when she told me about it, she said it in front of other guests which made me feel a little embarrassed. All in all I would visit again."

"La cama estaba súper cómoda el cuarto súper limpio y el desayuno muy apetitoso"

"Not as great as all the other reviews indicated. Our room was ok, but it really needed updating. All of the drawers on the dresser kept opening by themselves because they were all misaligned. Towels and tp were spare. Our room was not serviced during our stay, which was disappointing. The bed was also pretty hard. Other than that, it was quiet and the staff were very friendly."

We had an issue with the toilet tank refilling after flushing that we reported and were given an interim solution because it was well after hours for maintenance to repair. We have stayed at this hotel many times before and never had a problem. Service at the restaurant/lounge was fantastic. The minor incident wasn't enough to cause us not to return again in the...

"Great Breakfast….i had a problem with the stagnant air in the rooms made them smell like old locker rooms…i do not believe there was a way to keep the fan running on the thermostat"

"Lovely property, lovely staff, perfect location."

"These folks are amazing So helpful and kind"

"No hot water apparently a long standing issue with this place. The rooms in the pool area have chronic claustrophobia. The house staff know of the hot water problem. Two turtles are brutally in carcerated in the office area;for satisfying Feng shui go elsewhere. My wife contained me from complaining about the situation Surely other guys were encouraged to explode,,,"
