"Really great hotel. 10 minute cable car ride to Pier 39. hotel security was good. Door is locked at night so I need a key to get into the building. Breakfast did not come with stay. Our room had great views of San Francisco very comfortable beds. Very quiet."

"The staffs very accommodating, and friendly. I was empress the cleanliness of the hotel. My room very clean the bed very soft and the size of the pillows not big not heavy but soft. I have no complaint about the buffet breakfast they served American and Japanese foods and they are all delicious. Servers very attentive to the guests. Location very convenient.
