"Oconee Oasis was a perfect stay for our needs. The spaces were clean, the kitchen just large enough for our use, and the common areas were just the right size and comfort level. Our main “complaint” was we wanted to see the sweet pup that lives upstairs more! :) We heard very little noise above from the main residents/property managers, and we were grateful to get a pet or two on their pup. Thank you for the space and for making our stay so nice!"

"Great location is right on the river with plenty of room to spread out. The condo is beautifully renovated. We were in town to visit a family member in the hospital for an extended stay. The location is in great proximity to UT Campus and Downtown. Would definitely stay again. "

"The apartment was lovely and super clean. The owner had included many nice touches like yoga mats, some hand weights, a few snacks and products in bathroom. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the pull out couch which was not very comfortable for my 18 yr old son. I think it would be fine for young kids. Of course pull out couches are not made to be super comfy so not a big deal. The location was very convenient to downtown and college. "
