"Spent a one night girlie break at this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially the bar staff taking our orders from our seats etc. Surrounding area beautiful for a stroll. Bar food and restaurant food excellent. Rooms very spacious with everything you need. Only criticism, that we all had, was the lighting in the rooms and bathrooms. If you are planning on applying makeup be sure to bring a hand mirror and/or a light. But this won’t ruin anyone’s stay in this lovely hotel I’m sure 🤗"

"Very nice, helpful staff. Clean room, very comfortable beds. Lovely breakfast. As far as I'm aware there are no toilets on the ground floor, this would help people with restricted mobility or just old people like me."

"Tom has a nice place here. I do wish the room at least had a fan, as it was very hot in the 2nd floor room. It’s hard to sleep when the room temp is in the 80s. The breakfast was good, and the condition of the whole house and rooms was definitely above average. I would stay here again."
