"I really enjoyed the convenience of being within walking distance of Fourth Ave, downtown, and the UofA campus. Empire Market grocery store is just steps away. The next-door neighbor’s cuckoo clock and the Union Pacific trains might be bothersome if you’re a light sleeper. Loved the enclosed patio between the front house and this rear carriage house. I would stay here again."
