"We came to Boston to visit our son in college and had seven people in total, including grandparents. This unit easily fit all of us, and it was clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed staying here. I loved that the table could fit all of us to play games and eat together. The family room also has plenty of seating. I felt like the area was safe and it was great that it had a reserved parking spot. I would definitely recommend. "

"The owner of the property did an excellent job of rehabbing this property. It is comfortable and all amenities are new. There are stairs, lots of them!"

"Overall very nice stay. We appreciated the ease of parking and general comfort of the space. Nicely decorated, and we love Jamaica Plain. However, the coffeemaker was broken, and there was an ant problem in the bathroom (I know this is likely seasonal, since spring is coming). We also could not find an extra blanket for my sister, who slept on the couch."

"It was a wonderful stay and the unit was perfect. All the amenities at our finger tips. We needed a place in short notice for a funeral and it was more than what we expected Ulrich was so helpful and the convenience was A for our needs and the frosting on the cake was it was within walking distance of family. Definitely a keeper will use again."

"This was great for our family of 4. We didn’t do much cooking but there would have been adequate tools for that. It was charming. It’s definitely an older property so the ceilings were nice and high. The floors weren’t perfectly flat. One thing I wish they had were more forks. "

"I had some friends in town for the weekend and this apartment was the perfect fit.Very spacious, clean and well decorated. It’s in a great location as well. The host Jay was very responsive and accommodating. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. "

"We had a lovely time at Perrin Place. The home was pristine and had everything we needed. It was close enough to everything for us to easily Uber everywhere. Communication wasn't always responsive - I had to write 2 times to adjust my dates and the cost wasn't updated when I changed my dates, but I think those are VRBO issues not all on the owner.I would stay at Perrin place again. We had a wonderful family vacation!"
